The brain child of Denver resident Craig Baute, Creative Density is the second coworking hub to open in town. The project is part of Baute’s greater vision to bring coworking to every small- and medium-sized town in the country, as a way of reviving economies by expanding job opportunities, encouraging remote working, and creating small business hubs. For now, the Uptown Denver Creative Density location at 1719 Emerson St. is a great option for remote workers, freelancers, and small teams, as it contains mostly shared coworking desks, with some permanents desks, and offices for up to four people. For a more team-focused vibe, visit the Creative Density office space in Capitol Hill—the 800 Grant St. location features mostly individual offices that can accommodate up to five people, and also offers some permanent desks.

Founded by planner, designer, and lover-of-all-things-wedding Michelle Sutton, UNION27 is a collective of wedding-making talent, from planners and photographers to stationery, calligraphy, and jewelry designers, florists, caterers, and officiants. Women in Kind

ESQLegal

Nestled in the River North Arts District at 3343 Larimer St., ESQLegal is a practice environment designed to provide tech-forward legal professionals, solo practitioners, and small law firms with the technology and security infrastructure they need, along with many of the benefits of a law firm environment. Memberships start at $50 per month and cover flex desk access, hot desk workspace, reserved desks and furnished private offices. The facility also includes audio/video outfitted conference rooms, a training room that can accommodate up to 60 people, a shared kitchen, and parking.

EFX Spaces

Bring your own device to EFX Spaces and enjoy the benefits of either a flex desk, a reserved desk, or full-time private suite membership. Opened in February 2017, the EFX Spaces coworking hub is located in the University Hills neighborhood of South Denver at 2137 South Birch St., and offers conference rooms, private office suites, shared workspaces, high-speed internet access, a fully stocked kitchen, and free coffee!
