Upon completion, the new owner wishes to attract a wide range of tenants active in the cold storage and distribution industries.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 10700 Telge Road\u00a0in Houston, Texas, the existing Class B concrete facility comprises 398,000 square feet of dry warehouse space, 119,500 square feet of perishable warehouse space, 113,200 square feet of frozen warehouse space, and 6,200 square feet of air-conditioned office space. The industrial building also features insulated ceilings, dry\/wet fire sprinklers, 104 dock-high loading doors, and one grade-level loading door.<\/p>\n<p>Randalls Distribution Center is situated on the Northwest Houston corridor in the Aberdeen Business Park, 20 miles northeast of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/tx\/houston\/downtown-houston\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Houston\u2019s central business district<\/a>.
