The sports media company, which offers live and on-demand streaming services, will be taking over part of the 71st floor, as well as the entire 72nd floor in the skyscraper.<\/p>\n<p>The 104-story, 3.1 million square foot 1WTC is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. Currently owned by the Durst Organization and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, it boasts a LEED-Gold certification and features some of the most spectacular views in the world.<\/p>\n<p>DAZN has signed a 10-year lease there, moving out of its previous location at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-property\/us\/ny\/new-york\/28-liberty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">28 Liberty Street<\/a>. It will be joining companies like Cond\u00e9 Nast, Global Risk Advisors and BounceX, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/blog\/bouncex-leaves-the-new-york-times-building-for-1wtc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">took 79,118 square feet in the building last month<\/a>. According to the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2018\/10\/dazn-group-lease-1-world-trade-center-durst-organization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Commercial Observer<\/a><\/em>, the asking rent for the space was $69 per square foot.<\/p>\n<p>Savills Studley\u2019s Senior Managing Directors John Johnson Jr. and Nicholas Farmakis represented DAZN in the deal.
