Last month, it signed an 11-year lease for 79,118 square feet of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/ny\/manhattan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manhattan office space<\/a> in the emblematic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/ny\/new-york-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NYC<\/a> skyscraper.<\/p>\n<p>The company will be taking over the 74th and 75th floors in the 3.1-million-square-foot, LEED-Gold Certified 1WTC. The modern office tower, which offers extraordinary views over the city, is currently owned by the Durst Organization together with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Joining companies like Cond\u00e9 Nast, Global Risk Advisors and Undertone at 1WTC, BounceX will more than double its current 31,000-square-foot space at The New York Times Building.<\/p>\n<p>David Hollander and Scott Bogetti from CBRE represented the tenant in the deal. Eric Engelhardt of the Durst Organization together with a Cushman and Wakefield team consisting of Tara Stacom, Justin Royce, Peter Trivelas, Barry Zeller and Conor Daugstrup acted on behalf of the landlords.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2018\/10\/15\/bouncex-leaves-times-tower-for-one-world-trade-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">New York Post<\/a><\/em>, the asking rent for the space was $69 per square foot. Following this deal, One World Trade Center building is now 81 percent leased.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe definitely have our own style and really want to build something special.
