The entire development will be home to 16 skyscrapers and over 12.7 million square feet of commercial office, street retail, and mixed-use space. The 10 Hudson Yards building is also known as Hudson Yards Tower C, Coach Tower, and Hudson Yards South Tower.<\/p>\n<p>Located in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/ny\/manhattan\/hudson-yards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hudson Yards office<\/a> submarket of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/ny\/manhattan\/midtown-manhattan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Midtown Manhattan<\/a>, 10 Hudson Yards is bordered by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/ny\/manhattan\/clinton-hell-s-kitchen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hell\u2019s Kitchen<\/a>, Penn Station, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/ny\/new-york-city\/manhattan\/chelsea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chelsea office<\/a> markets.
