Colorado-based coworking franchisor Office Evolution is expanding its California presence with a new development deal for coworking spaces in Santa Clara County<\/a>, Calif. A local husband-and-wife team will own and operate the three new locations, which are intended to service the southwest region of the county. The first space is scheduled to open in early August, in the San Jose metro area.<\/p>\n

Upon opening, Office Evolution Los Gatos<\/a> will come complete with two conference rooms, 42 fully-furnished private offices, and lots of shared workspaces on the top floor of a two story building. The location boasts abundant natural light and great outdoor space. Well connected to Highway 17, the property offers free parking and is within walking distance of retail and dining establishments.<\/p>\n
