The company recently signed a lease for 20,000 square feet of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/fl\/wynwood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">office space in Wynwood<\/a>, at The Oasis. JLL represented Spotify in the deal, while the landlord, Carpe Real Estate Partners, was represented by Brian Gale and Andrew Trench of Cushman &amp; Wakefield.<\/p>\n<p>Spotify\u2019s South Florida office space will be located on North Miami Avenue, between 23rd and 24th streets. The Oasis, which is still in development, is slated to open later this year. Renderings show that the campus is designed to rival coveted workspaces such as those provided by Google. Integrating seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, the mixed-use Arts District adaptive reuse project will feature several restaurants; a full-service bar; a 35,000-square-foot concourse area, complete with a stage for daily entertainment; and ample outdoor seating and workspaces.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_26790\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/YM_1221_Brickell_Miami.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-26790\" class=\"wp-image-26790 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/YM_1221_Brickell_Miami.jpg\" alt=\"1221 Brickell office tower in Miami\" width=\"640\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/YM_1221_Brickell_Miami.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/YM_1221_Brickell_Miami.jpg?resize=120,150 120w, https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/YM_1221_Brickell_Miami.jpg?resize=240,300 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-26790\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>1221 Brickell, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Miami<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p>Spotify had <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/miami\/2020\/02\/27\/spotify-inks-lease-for-south-florida-headquarters-in-miamis-wynwood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">reportedly<\/a> been looking for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/fl\/downtown-miami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">office space in downtown Miami<\/a> and in Brickell, where it already currently has offices at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-property\/us\/fl\/miami\/1221-brickell\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1221 Brickell<\/a>. He said that there has been \u201ca lot of interest from technology, advertising, marketing and innovation companies looking for class A office space in a neighborhood where employees can live, work, eat and play. Tenants can now find brand-new office space with high ceilings, boutique floor plates, both private and shared outdoor space, and on-site parking.
