Yardi Systems \u2014 the leading provider of software solutions for the real estate industry \u2014 announced its acquisition and redesign<\/a> of popular CRE marketing platform 42Floors.com. The website was previously owned by Roni Mova, principal of United Group, who was represented by Dan Fasulo.<\/p>\n

The platform is now part of the CommercialEdge family of marketplaces \u2014 alongside CommercialSearch<\/a>, CommercialCafe<\/a>, and PropertyShark<\/a> \u2014 which already attract some 2 million visits to commercial property pages each month, generating a total of 200,000 leads per year. Capitalizing on the unique strengths that the integration of 42Floors brings to the Yardi network, the company is optimistic about continuing its growth in terms of overall traffic and verified leads in the future.<\/p>\n

The new 42Floors website provides access to more than 320,000 listings nationwide across various use types and asset classes \u2014 from traditional office spaces to coworking and flexible layouts to retail, industrial and warehouse properties. The commercial property search engine boasts a highly optimized, resulting in a streamlined user experience for tenants, investors or real estate professionals. Much attention has also been directed toward seamlessly integrating 42Floors into Yardi\u2019s expanding software ecosystem.<\/p>\n
