The new lease will allow Bright MLS to move out of its previous location at 9707 Key West Ave. near Johns Hopkins University\u2019s Montgomery County campus.<\/p>\n<p>The negotiations were handled by JLL\u2019s\u00a0Bernie McCarthy\u00a0and\u00a0Danny Sheridan\u00a0on behalf of the landlord, with\u00a0Bob Dickman\u00a0and\u00a0Rusty McCabe\u00a0of\u00a0Avison Young\u00a0representing the tenant.<\/p>\n<p>With the closing of this latest lease deal, the 11-story building located at 909 Rose Ave. is now fully occupied. Bright MLS joins a diverse tenant roster, which includes the likes of Beiser Law Firm, coworking chain\u00a0Industrious,\u00a0Kuta Software, Rycon Construction, Rowe Weinstein Sohn PLLC, and United Solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have had incredible momentum since construction began in 2017 \u2014 even during some of the most challenging times \u2014 and delivered a fully-leased office
