Coworking provider Lucid Private Offices<\/strong> has inked a 31,000-square-foot lease at a newly built class-A building set within the International Business Park in Plano, Texas.<\/p>\n

JLL\u2019s Trevor Franke and Gini Rounsaville represented the landlord, Billingsley Company<\/strong>, while the tenant was represented by John Pelletier and Austin Studebaker of CRESA.<\/p>\n

The upscale coworking provider, formerly known as WorkSuites, is set to enjoy the move-in-ready space on the fifth floor at 6275 W. Plano Parkway. The five-story property features full-height glass; select paintings and sculptures; as well as terraces on the fourth and fifth floors that overlook a park with a walking trail and outdoor workspaces. In addition, next door is a 9,300-square-foot amenity center that includes a health club; a 100-seat conference room; a grab-and-go market; and a tenant lounge.<\/p>\n

Currently in the second of its five-phase expansion, the 300-acre International Business Park will enjoy an additional 280,000 square feet of office space that\u2019s set to be delivered in March 2023.<\/p>\n

Situated in the heart of Dallas\u2019 Platinum Corridor, tenants of the mixed-use office park campus have with immediate access to the Dallas North Tollway and George Bush Turnpike.<\/p>\n

As the first coworking space provider to operate in the International Business Park, Lucid Private Offices is set to move in on October 1, according to its website. Since its rebranding in 2022, the Dallas-based operator has quickly added to its coworking portfolio and currently boasts 17 flexible office spaces within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.<\/p>\n

This new Plano coworking space<\/a> mirrors the wider trend of coworking providers moving into suburban areas. And, with 19 coworking spaces, Plano placed seventh in a new study<\/a> ranking the suburbs with the highest number of coworking spaces in America. In fact, for remote workers, the suburbs of north Dallas are some of the best locations in the country, with Irving and Frisco also ranking inside the top 30.<\/p>\n
