The Rockefeller Group and Jordon Perlmutter & Co. joint venture recently celebrated the opening of the partnership\u2019s new office building in the River North Art district (RiNo) of Denver.<\/p>\n

Located at 3400 Walnut St., the project dubbed Paradigm River North rises eight stories tall and delivers nearly 190,000 square feet of new trophy-grade Denver office space<\/a>. The ground floor also includes 12,000 square feet reserved for retail.<\/p>\n

Denver-based Tryba Architects designed the property to offer state-of-the-art amenities and generous views of downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains, while also paying homage to the industrial heritage of the RiNo district.<\/p>\n

Paradigm River North boasts a variety of smart building technology integrations, such as smartphone access and a network of sensors and automation features designed to optimize the tenant experience. What\u2019s more, building occupants enjoy a high-end bike room for multimodal transit and valet-run parking that offer ease of use. Plus, each floor features spacious outdoor terraces that provide open-air access and a natural light-filled work environment. The property also features an art program curated by NINE dot Arts.<\/p>\n

In fact, notable law firm Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP has already signed a pre-lease for 80,000 square feet of downtown Denver office space here and will be occupying the top three floors of the building when the current office build-out is completed.<\/p>\n
