(DCMA) recently signed a lease at Mitsui Fudosan America\u2019s 1251 Sixth Ave. The lease spans 20 years and more than 44,000 square feet of prime Midtown Manhattan office space<\/a> on the 49th<\/sup> floor of the iconic Rockefeller Center skyscraper.<\/p>\n

The new space will house DCMA\u2019s headquarters, which the company will be moving from its current location in the Financial District at 32 Old Slip.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited to mark our 60th<\/sup> anniversary as a registered broker-dealer in the U.S. in 2025 with a relocation to a new, state-of-the-art office space in the heart of Midtown,\u201d said DCMA Chairman and CEO, Keiji Machida. \u201cThis investment is part of our commitment to providing our clients with the best possible service, and I am confident that it will help us achieve even greater success in the years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n

DCMA\u2019s new U.S. headquarters location is designed to maximize hybrid work collaboration by employing high-tech, user-friendly solutions for employees to work seamlessly both in the office and in virtual environments, as well as introducing a hoteling concept into the design.<\/p>\n

Moving to what is considered to be one of New York City\u2019s best-managed properties is in line with the financial services company\u2019s commitment to sustainability. To that end, DCMA aims to pursue a WELL certification by integrating energy-efficient features and promote health and well-being for all occupants of the space.<\/p>\n

Notably, Mitsui Fudosan is nearing completion of construction on a tenant-only conference facility, which will complement the recently renovated lobby that features modern elevators and three new restaurant choices that are slated to open shortly.<\/p>\n
