The property at 300 New Jersey Ave. NW incorporates more than 250,000 square feet of LEED Gold certified Washington D.C. office space with retail.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

Located on the third floor of the mid-rise at 300 NW New Jersey Ave., Capitol Hill Workspace features modern amenities designed to accommodate hybrid work and diverse professional needs. The flexible office facility includes: expanded reception and a social hub to connect and collaborate; a quiet library space for distraction-free, focused work; versatile meeting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology that can accommodate team huddles or large conferences; a wellness room for relaxation and rejuvenation; and access to a rooftop space offering expansive views of the U.S. Capitol.<\/p>\n

Completed in 2010, the 10-story building incorporates more than 250,000 square feet of class A+, LEED Gold-certified office space with retail. The property also features floor plates ranging from 25,590 to 26,000 square feet; subterranean parking with 252 spaces; EV charging stations; and a fitness center.<\/p>\n
