Lenoir St. in downtown Raleigh, N.C. Across from the Convention Center in the Warehouse District, the tower dubbed Maeve rises 20 stories and has made a notable mark on the city\u2019s skyline.<\/p>\n<p>Maeve is a luxury high-rise that incorporates nearly 300 apartment homes and more than 10,000 square feet of ground-floor, downtown <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/retail\/us\/nc\/raleigh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Raleigh retail space<\/a>. The roughly 30,000 square feet of amenities at the property include a fitness center, a rooftop lounge, resort-style swimming pool and, of course, coworking spaces. What\u2019s more, the property also includes a multilevel parking garage with more than 400 spaces that are available for residents and guests.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCapital Square is proud to celebrate the grand opening of Maeve, where residents are now enjoying a refined living experience complete with premier amenities and sweeping views of downtown Raleigh and the Red Hat Amphitheater,\u201d said Whit Huffman, co-chief executive officer of Capital Square. \u201cMore importantly, this marks a significant step in the ongoing transformation of the Raleigh Warehouse District into a thriving, 24-hour neighborhood. That momentum will continue to build as hundreds of new residents make Maeve and this vibrant community their home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Located within a qualified\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/blog\/top-counties-opportunity-zone-investment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opportunity zone<\/a> at the intersection of the Boylan Heights neighborhood, Dorothea Dix Park and downtown Raleigh, Maeve stands as one of few luxury apartments communities in the city. The tower is also well-situated within walking distance of entertainment venues, restaurants, cultural landmarks and major employers.
