Glebe Road (owned by Monday Properties and situated less than a mile northwest of Ballston Exchange) will <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arlnow.com\/press-releases\/jamestowns-ballston-exchange-signs-27000-sf-office-lease-with-gilbane-building\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">consolidate its operations into the new location<\/a>. The exact size of its current office is unspecified, but the move is slated for 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Located at\u00a04201\u00a0and\u00a04121 Wilson Blvd., Ballston Exchange boasts a prime location with direct Metro access and provides tenants with numerous amenities, such as indoor and outdoor public spaces; concierge services; and an event venue.
