Lincoln Road \u2014 the iconic, pedestrian-only promenade in Miami Beach \u2014 has been drawing increased interest from global hospitality, retail, and dining brands. Evolving from its primarily legacy-retailers reputation, Lincoln Road is transitioning into a hub for trend-setting concepts and cultural innovation.<\/p>\n

With a cult following that stretches from Florence to Los Angeles, All\u2019Antico Vinaio will be opening this year in a space of nearly 1,800 square feet of premium Miami retail space<\/a> at 647 Lincoln Road. This will mark the family-run concept\u2019s first Florida location for its globally recognized, high-quality ingredients; bold, Tuscan flavors; and distinctive service model.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Italian-inspired and Los Angeles-designed Ch\u00e9 by Chelsey from fashion entrepreneur Chelsey Comfort recently opened the doors to a 675-square-foot flagship location at 830 Lincoln Road. The brand relocated from Brickell City Centre.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, adding to the district\u2019s growing mix of artisanal, boutique-style culinary experiences, the makers of L\u2019Arte del Gelato also recently opened a Davinci Gelato at 645 Lincoln Road. In the 1,350-square-foot Miami retail space, the brand offers a refined take on traditional Italian gelato, by using time-honored techniques, locally sourced ingredients, and seasonal flavors.<\/p>\n

Notably, Victoria\u2019s Secret and PINK have also relocated to a newly built-out, 7,500-square-foot retail space at 900\u2013904 Lincoln Road. Here, a reimagined storefront will feature updated interiors and an expanded merchandising zone, marking a strategic investment in the future of the district.<\/p>\n

Lastly, Beverly Hills-based AloYoga will also soon join the promenade at 100 Lincoln Road. The brand will transform the long-vacant, 13,480-square-foot space into an immersive flagship experience, complete with an exclusive private wellness club.<\/p>\n
