This expansion boosts the tech giant\u2019s total office footprint within the nearly completed, 12-story, mixed-use complex to 75,000 square feet. When fully finished, the development will feature 266,000 square feet of office space, 509 apartments and 25,000 square feet of retail space.<\/p>\n<p>Representing the ownership during negotiations with Amazon were Bryan Lapidus of L&amp;L, alongside Andrew Trench, Edward Quinon, and Brian Gale from Cushman &amp; Wakefield. Savills\u2019 Tom Capocefalo and Mike Catalano acted on behalf of Amazon, the tenant.<\/p>\n<p>This recent announcement follows Amazon\u2019s initial lease agreement in January for 50,333 square feet within the 1-million-square-foot Wynwood Plaza. The project\u2019s Class A+ office component recently received its temporary certificate of occupancy from the City of Miami Building Department, indicating that construction is now in its final stages.<\/p>\n<p>Situated at 95 NW 29th St., Wynwood Plaza is set to deliver a cutting-edge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/fl\/miami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Miami office space<\/a> complemented by a diverse array of <a href=\"https:\/\/floridayimby.com\/2025\/07\/amazon-expands-footprint-at-wynwood-plaza-to-over-75000-square-feet.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">indoor and outdoor amenities<\/a>. Its design incorporates column-free layouts, private tenant terraces and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize natural light. Additionally, a dedicated amenity hub on the second floor offers a fully equipped fitness center complete with showers and lockers; a golf simulator; and multiple conference rooms.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWynwood Plaza stands as Miami\u2019s sole Class AAA office tower, strategically designed to meet the needs of forward-thinking, innovation-driven companies,\u201d said Erik Rutter and David Weitz, managing partners at Oak Row Equities. \u201cWe\u2019ve delivered exceptional quality at this premier, mixed-use, live\/work\/play destination.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wynwood Plaza will also feature an elegantly landscaped rooftop complete with flexible seating and shaded areas, creating an ideal spot to relax or network. The tower\u2019s features extend to a 25-foot-tall grand lobby, top-tier air filtration, touchless destination dispatch elevators and an on-site parking garage.<\/p>\n<p>The expansive, stylish outdoor space will be bordered by 25,000 square feet of retail showcasing a vibrant assortment of indoor and outdoor dining; boutique shops; curated storefronts; convenience options; and fast-casual eateries. Notably, Luca Steak \u2014 an Italian-style steakhouse by acclaimed Miami chef Giorgio Rapicavoli \u2014 is slated to open at Wynwood Plaza next year.<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of its opening, L&amp;L and Oak Row have successfully leased more than half of the building\u2019s space.
