C. Fulenwider, Inc., partnership developing Pe\u00f1a Station NEXT \u2014 a master-planned, mixed-use, transit-oriented development that\u2019s strategically situated to activate the metro Denver region economic expansion \u2014 recently announced the availability of new build-to-suit sites at the 490-acre development.<\/p>\n<p>Availability at the next phase of development for Pe\u00f1a Station includes 65 acres of office-zoned, build-to-suit land opportunities adjacent to United Airlines\u2019 113-acre future flight training center and office space.<\/p>\n<p>The offering can accommodate up to 3 million square feet of build-to-suit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/co\/denver\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Denver office<\/a> and tech space, corporate campus, hospitality, and retail, with a section of the campus focused on corporations. This new range of sites that are available offers project deliveries from 100,000 square feet to 1 million square feet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe 65 acres and additional 25 acres throughout Pe\u00f1a Station are ideal for companies looking at the next generation of office and tech space to house their employees,\u201d said Bill Guthrey, senior vice president of land development at KDC. \u201cThe transit-oriented development\u2019s location will also help greatly reduce the costs of getting to and from DEN and downtown Denver.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The location of Pe\u00f1a Station places residents and business tenants within 12 minutes of Denver International Airport, 28 minutes of downtown Denver, 40 minutes of Boulder, 26 minutes of Denver Tech Center, and 3.5 flight hours or less to most major U.S. markets.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u00f1a Station also incorporates advanced technology, clean energy, and enhanced mobility, in addition to on-site amenities such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>172,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space<\/li>\n<li>More than 1,400 multifamily homes and 70 townhouses<\/li>\n<li>10 hotels, including Hyatt Place, Candlewood Suites, and Extended Stay Suites<\/li>\n<li>A wellness center that\u2019s envisioned to go beyond a single building and be the health care of a wellness community network<\/li>\n<li>Parks and green space within the mixed-use development, as well as convenient proximity to Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The massive development is served by the 61<sup>st<\/sup> and Pe\u00f1a Station commuter rail stop, which is the first stop from the airport and a great connection to downtown Denver.
