HFI made the acquisition in a joint venture with Quadrant Investment Properties. The investment fund manager\u2019s plans include relocating its offices into the building, as well as activating Capital Spot with a speaker series, happy hours, and other networking events that will provide additional value to tenants and the business community.<\/p>\n
Centrally located and within a short walk of some of\u00a0the city\u2019s\u00a0best restaurants and attractions, The District rises 10 stories directly across the street from The Seam \u2014 an under-construction development that will bring new restaurants and retail shops to the neighborhood. The Seam is expected to open in the summer of 2026.<\/p>\n
