Brentwood, Tenn.-based full-service commercial real estate company Legacy Commercial Property recently announced the addition of two retail properties in Middle Tennessee to its portfolio. Located in Winchester, Tenn., and Cookeville, Tenn., the strip malls strengthen the company\u2019s position as a leading retail partner in the region\u2019s fastest-growing communities.<\/p>\n

The Winchester property sits at the heart of one of the city\u2019s most trafficked retail corridors and provides tenants with unmatched co-tenancy and a built-in consumer base: Neighboring properties are home to Walmart, The Home Depot, and Kroger, and the Decherd Boulevard location offers high visibility and boasts more than 21,000 daily traffic counts.<\/p>\n
