Fox Foundation for Parkinson\u2019s Research (MJFF) is preparing for a move to a new location in Midtown Manhattan, N.Y. The non-profit will occupy 68,958 square feet of office space at 530 Fifth Ave. \u2014 a 26-story office tower jointly owned by RXR and Sagehall since 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The tenant was represented by Savills\u2019\u00a0Kirill Azovtsev,\u00a0Shay Bolton,\u00a0and\u00a0Meghan Marchini, while CBRE\u2019s\u00a0Paul Amrich,\u00a0Neil King,\u00a0Meghan Allen\u00a0and\u00a0Brooke Dewing negotiated on behalf of the landlords. While information about pricing has not been disclosed, asking rent at 530 Fifth Ave. was in the $80-per-square-foot region in January 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSavills was pleased to structure an economical solution that delivers meaningful value while aligning with the foundation\u2019s commitment to responsible resource stewardship,\u201d Bolton said. \u201cThe result is a space that supports their operations and positions them for continued impact.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The relocation will result in a reduction of the foundation\u2019s overall footprint as MJFF will leave behind its current, 86,000-square-foot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/ny\/manhattan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manhattan office space<\/a> at 111 W. 33rd St., which it had occupied since 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMJFF\u2019s occupancy goals aligned perfectly with the repositioning of 530 Fifth Ave., with both Sagehall and RXR demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting the foundation\u2019s mission,\u201d Amrich said.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities at 530 Fifth Ave. \u2014 which has recently been subject to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globest.com\/2025\/01\/21\/sagehall-joins-rxr-on-180m-recap-of-manhattan-office-\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">$70 million investment<\/a> by its joint ownership \u2014 include\u00a0a conference center; a new coffee shop; health and fitness programs; and coworking spaces. The full block between West 44th and West 45th streets is home to the likes of flex space operator\u00a0Convene, the New York City Police Foundation, solar energy company\u00a0Cyprus Creek Renewables and investment firm\u00a0Arbiter Partners Capital Management.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Michael J.
