Building owner and manager Hines Interests, alongside Jordon Perlmutter &amp; Co. and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, announced Agility Recovery and an undisclosed \u2018big four\u2019 accounting firm as the latest companies to take up space at the site.<\/p>\n<p>Leading provider of business continuity and disaster recovery solutions Agility Recovery will occupy 36,000 square feet at the LoDo (Lower Downtown) tower, while the accounting firm signed a long-term, 45,000-square-foot lease set to begin in 2017. An official statement did not disclose the name of the second tenant, but mentioned it was one of the \u2018big four\u2019 accounting companies, which are Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst &amp; Young and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. The 10-story building features efficient floor plates ranging in size from 29,400 to 38,100 square feet, 10-foot finished ceilings and five outdoor terraces.
