The Chicago-based company <a href=\"http:\/\/www.startribune.com\/mayo-clinic-square-in-minneapolis-sells\/418008603\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reportedly<\/a> shelled out $98 million for the property, which underwent a number or repositioning efforts throughout the years, in an effort to attract tenants.<\/p>\n<p>LaSalle\u2019s latest portfolio addition is conveniently located directly adjacent to Target Center, within the Warehouse District of Minneapolis\u2019 Central Business District. The Class A mixed-use complex situated at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-property\/us\/mn\/minneapolis\/mayo-clinic-square\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">600 Hennepin Ave.<\/a>, right in the heart of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/mn\/minneapolis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Minneapolis office market<\/a>, was originally developed as a vertical mall. The four-story building houses medical office, traditional office space, specialty space and ground-floor retail, and is 96% leased to high-profile tenants including Mayo Clinic, HDR, Link Snacks and Taylor Sports Properties\u2014parent to the Minneapolis Timberwolves and Lynx.
