The property includes multi-level parking and first-floor retail and offers great views of the East Bay, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-real-estate\/us\/ca\/san-francisco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">San Francisco<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-real-estate\/us\/ca\/marin-county\/north-bay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">North Bay<\/a>&#8216;s Marin Headlands. Renovation efforts carried out by TMG include a new main lobby and building entrance, new common area finishes, major modernization of building systems and elevators, refurbished conference facilities, enhanced bike parking, and commuter showers.<\/p>\n<p>Oracle&#8217;s 1330 Broadway lease is part of company efforts to expand into the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-real-estate\/us\/ca\/east-bay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">East Bay<\/a>, and for those who live there, the building&#8217;s close proximity to the 12th Street Oakland BART station and bus lines will provide increased convenience.<\/p>\n<p>David Cropper, director of development with TMG Partners, stated the developer is &#8220;pleased to see that Oracle is expanding its presence in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-real-estate\/us\/ca\/oakland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oakland<\/a>, and has chosen 1330 Broadway as we are nearing completion of our redevelopment of the project.
