Under the renewed seven-year lease, the IT firm will retain their current location on the seventh floor, where it leases 17,925 square feet of prime <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/office\/us\/ny\/manhattan\/\">Manhattan office space<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The 20-story, 282,278-square-foot Class A office building was constructed in 1958. Designed by Henry Ives Cobb Jr., the high-rise was built using the exoskeleton of the property it replaced: an 11-story building that was originally constructed in 1906. Silverstein purchased the building in 1978 and has kept it in great shape &#8211; the most recent renovation was just last year and it included new storefront entrances, elevator cabs, turnstiles, security desk and marble walls and floors accented with stainless steel and ebony wood.<\/p>\n<p>Roger Silverstein, executive VP with Silverstein Properties, stated that the &#8220;recently completed lobby renovation at 529 Fifth Avenue has created a fully modernized environment for our tenants in a central location near all that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-real-estate\/us\/ny\/manhattan\/midtown-manhattan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Midtown<\/a> has to offer.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The building is located two blocks from Grand Central Station and is just a short walk from Bryant Park and Times Square. Eighteen out of the building&#8217;s 20 stories are dedicated to office space and floors range from roughly 6,400 to 18,000 rentable square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Eze Castle Integration moved from the 10th floor of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-property\/us\/ny\/new-york\/551-madison-avenue\/\">551 Madison Ave<\/a> 12 years ago, when it first leased its Fifth Avenue location.
