The team that Lincoln will be leading has members who have extensive experience in all aspects of the project.<\/p>\n<p>Colliers International Group Inc. will manage the retail leasing. Alan Collenette, executive managing director with Colliers, said: &#8220;It goes without saying that we have put together a landmark team for a landmark project. BRV President Dan Biederman stated: &#8220;Our vision of the rooftop park at Transbay Transit Center is an elevated &#8216;town square&#8217; that offers visitor experiences unlike any other public space in San Francisco. We aim to make the park an asset for the entire downtown and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/commercial-real-estate\/us\/ca\/san-francisco-county\/san-francisco\/south-of-market\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">South of Market <\/a>community, as well as a destination for people throughout the Bay Area.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_9709\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/05\/ttc_01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9709\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9709\" src=\"https:\/\/www.commercialcafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/05\/ttc_01-300x240.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-9709\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Transbay Transit Center digital display (rendering, via transbaycenter.org)<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p>Finally, Pearl Media will undertake promotional efforts for the property. Pearl will curate content, custom events, sponsorships and mobile integration, as well as sales and management for over 274 digital displays.<\/p>\n<p>Lincoln VP Stephen Lindgren stated: &#8220;The Transbay Transit Center is one of the best opportunities for retail and public space that we\u2019ve seen in the entire San Francisco area.
