Boston Properties manages the project with an on-site property management and engineering staff. The VA 95 "Amenities Building" includes an on-site 150-seat restaurant, and adjacent to VA 95 is a day care center as well as several eating establishments. Also, in November 1992 a 120,000 SF "Price Club" facility was opened. Boston Properties offers tenants the opportunity for high quality space in the existing portfolio in VA 95 or build-to-suit facilities on a sale or lease basis.
