San Francisco-based CloudVO – an online reseller of virtual offices, meeting rooms and other workplace services – has officially joined the ranks of the Yardi commercial real estate listings network.
A global leader in real estate software solutions, Yardi’s network includes listing platforms such as CommercialCafe, CommercialSearch, PropertyShark, as well as CoworkingCafe – a site focusing on major shared office markets across the U.S. Since all sites share the same database, listing with one provides exposure for your properties across the entire network. The network generates over 20,000 leads per month to participating commercial property owners and coworking operators.
“We have closely followed CloudVO’s progress for many years now, and it seemed that the time was right to incorporate their assets and intimate knowledge of coworking operators into Yardi. As of June 1, CloudVO clients and operations will be redirected to CoworkingCafe. CloudAnswering will remain in charge of phone answering services without interruption, as they are not part of the assets sold to Yardi.
