Evolution Claresholm

Avison Young is pleased to represent the new Evolution Claresholm commercial development. The property is ready for development with flexibility in site planning. This project is intended to integrate into the existing community and provide a diverse range of new commercial development opportunities that align with the needs and growth of the Town of Claresholm.

Evolution Claresholm is located on the South end of the Town of Claresholm, conveniently positioned adjacent to Highway 2 halfway between Calgary and Lethbridge. This highway is part of the CANAMEX corridor, a well-trafficked freight route, and a popular transit route between Western Canada and the United States. 

The region is staged favourably towards investment and economic growth. There are currently 325 single -family homes and 2 multi-family sites planned for the area. Additionally, there are two new employers in the market that will add 120+ jobs in the next five yearss.
