Mission Village at the Ponds

The ± 100,000 sq. ft. retail village is located in the rapidly growing Mission area and construction is approaching completion. It will be the area’s only major shopping destination, serving Kelowna’s highest-income neighbourhoods. Save-on-Foods, and Shoppers Drug Mart and Dollarama are open for business.

The grocery-anchored retail village offers a desirable mix of retail and services to meet the community’s daily needs. Residents previously drove 8 km to the closest major grocery store and other amenities. Surrounding residential areas are being densified and various developments are under construction. The newly opened South Perimeter Way provides a third important transportation link in and out of the area and connects the retail village directly to Crawford and southeast Kelowna.
