Brewery District – The Nelson

Brewery District is a visionary urban community with a mix of residential high-rises, retail shops, and office space.

Located in the geographic center of Metro Vancouver, Brewery District provides quick, efficient access to virtually all neighbouring municipalities.

Previously home to the Labatt's Brewery, Brewery District is strategically located across from the Sapperton SkyTrain station and directly across from the Royal Columbian Hospital. The site offers 1.4 million square feet of buildable area within the masterplan's eight buildings, of which seven are completed.

• Up to 80,000 sq. ft. of space for health services

The Nelson is a rental building with retail units on the ground level, and office units on the second and third floor.
