Built in 1961 and renovated in 2001, this office building comprises a total gross area of approximately 32500 square feet over six floors. The rentable area listed in the current lease is 26057 square feet. The building is in excellent condition, with ongoing maintenance and renovation by the tenant since 2001. Major investments made by the tenant for leasehold improvements meet the high quality standards established by the Government of Canada. In fact, leasehold improvements in the amount of 1,6 million dollars were made in 2018 to accommodate the present tenant. The building has an elevator and an exit from the underground level on the west side of the building.
