The Comfort Inn, which offers 150 guestrooms (including 56 suites),

is situated in an attractive, nine-story, concrete structure on a 1.4-

acre parcel. Amenities include a complimentary breakfast area, an

outdoor rooftop pool overlooking downtown Little Rock, a fitness

center, a divisible ballroom, and four meeting rooms with over

5,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Additionally, the

Comfort Inn boasts Presidential Pizza & Blues bar, which serves

pizza and snacks in the evening. The Comfort Inn was last renovated in 2019, and the hotel’s newly negotiated, 20-year license

expires on October 24, 2043. The change of ownership PIP will be

minimal.
