Surface Water: The property receives surface water from South Tule Independent Ditch Co. and is being sold with 45 shares of ditch stock. The property

has one turnout that feeds into the filter station and booster pump on the NW corner of the property. Comprehensive water report is available upon

request.

Ground Water: The property is irrigated with two (2) active irrigation pumps/wells and one domestic well. One irrigation well was drilled in 2022 and

has an output of +/- 70gpm. The other irrigation well is a wagon-wheel well that has an output of +/- 130gpm. The property is located outside of the

Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) planning area. As a result, groundwater pumping on the property is not currently regulated or

subject to SGMA oversight or pumping restrictions as a result thereof.
