Wetlands and state-owned land on the parcel have development setback requirements. 07226-000-000: 28.44 acres with a land use designation of Residential 0–2 units per acre and a zoning designation of Residential Estate. This site is predominantly wetlands and floodplain, with the eastern boundary adjoining the state-owned lands of Payne’s Prairie.
