S & W Business Center

S & W Business Center is a set of four matching 12,000 SF buildings, designed to be commercial rentals with maximum flexibility – as warehouses, fabrication and light industrial facilities, or distribution centers.  It is home to contractors in various building trades, service contractors, manufacturers and distributors.  

 

These non-combustible buildings have masonry construction to ten feet, and insulated metal above.  Rental units vary in size from 1400 SF – 6000 SF.  All have two bathrooms, and at least one air conditioned office.  The units are wide enough (typically 35’-40’) to allow safe and efficient forklift use.  Roof heights offer plenty of room for racking.  Ten-foot rollup doors make loading and unloading fast and efficient.  Choose between grade level access or a loading dock, whichever best suits your business needs.

 

The location at the very north end of Mercy Drive near Silver Star Road gives this location superior accessibility in a well maintained area occupied by major corporations.  John Young Parkway, Princeton Street and I-4 are minutes away, making it easy for you to get to your customers, or for your customers and suppliers to get to you.  Parking is abundant, and S & W Business Center is laid out with plenty of truck maneuvering room.  

 

Our leases include everything but sales tax and utilities, so you can predict and control your expenses.  There will never be a surprise CAM fee or other assessment for property taxes, landscape maintenance, etc.  Wise Brothers, Inc. is the property manager, which means you get personal service from the maintenance personnel, the leasing staff and the owners.
