Deen Still Road Homesite

Located north of Polk City and I-4 in an area of acreage homesites and large cattle operations. Groveland, in Lake County and the Four Corners area of Polk County are not far away.This site is well suited for a private acreage homesite. Approximately 3 acres on the southern portion of the property and 2 acres on the northern portion are high and dry, while the middle 3 acres are considered wetlands. Although the Land Use designation requires a minimum of 20 acres, Polk County has confirmed that this site is considered a lot of record and may accommodate a homesite.
