We have had parking at the Hilo Elks Lodge 759 paying $ 30.00 per stall; however, after their new elections the ladies that are now in charge of this gentlemen club has eliminated our building, the YWCA and the Savio Building from parking after they installed a chain link fence around their property to help with vandalism from the homeless thus eliminating parking.
