1603 Euclid Avenue

This site is located conveniently off Euclid Avenue, also known as the historic U.S. Route 6. This highway is the longest highway ever created, stretching 3,652 miles from Massachusetts to California. It is less than half a mile to the east of the Iowa DOT Motor Vehicle Division and directly across the street from Pizza Hut and Chicago Speakeasy. Over the past few years, US-6 has fallen in the midst of a flurry of redevelopment in the direct vicinity spanning from a 105-acre urban renewal project to the west and a mile long corridor stretch to the east in order to further benefit area retailers.
