With 50% of Canadian truck goods passing through 5 international border crossings here, Aeroplex Two is poised for efficient multimodal transportation and robust global distribution.This 300,000-square-foot industrial facility features a steel frame with Fabcon concrete panels for a durable and efficient structure, topped by an EPDM roof. Designed for high-volume operations, it includes cross-dock loading, ESFR fire protection, and a combination of LED and T-5 fluorescent lighting in the warehouse, while the office areas are illuminated by LED and T-8 fluorescent lighting. The warehouse climate is maintained by six Greenheck gas-fired make-up air units, and the office areas are serviced by rooftop units (RTUs), ensuring comfortable conditions throughout.
