98 Main Street

98 Main Street, Matawan, Monmouth County, New Jersey is a ±1.74 acre property which is unimproved aside from a small garage of under 1,500 SF.  The Property was historically a Gulf gas station.  Ownership has performed extensive remediation work.  In May 2025, New Jersey released the Property with no further use restrictions.
