The Village Of Hastings recently approved a zoning change for the east side of the property, transitioning from R-10 (single-family residential) to M-R 1.5 (multi-family residential, with a minimum of 1,500 sq. ft. per unit). This new zoning allows for townhouse development, and the Hastings Planning Board granted final site plan approval for 21 townhomes on July 20, 2023.

Our plan is to design, build, and sell 21 spacious, attached, three-story townhomes in four clusters-three on  the East side of Warburton Ave, and one on the West side. Of the 21 homes, 19 will be high-end, market-rate residences, and 2 will be affordable units, each with an accessory apartment.
