The Livingston - JDV by Hyatt

Colliers has been exclusively retained to solicit offers to purchase The Livingston Hotel, JdV by Hyatt (the "Hotel" or the "Property”), a 104-key, 22-story, fee-simple upper upscale lifestyle hotel located at 291 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn, New York. The Hotel soft-opened in February 2026 and is the newest hotel in its competitive set by nearly five years, entering a market where much of the existing competitive inventory is unrenovated. It is also the first and only Hyatt-branded hotel in the borough of Brooklyn. The Property is one of a limited number of newly constructed upper upscale hotels to come to market anywhere in New York City since the 2021 special permit zoning text amendment effectively halted new hotel development. There are no additional hotels scheduled to open in Brooklyn, positioning the Livingston as the last new hotel in the market for many years. The Livingston is located in the center of Downtown Brooklyn, the largest employment hub outside Manhattan, and a demand base that drew 5.5 million visitors in Q1 2026 alone (22+ million annualized).
