Vista Technology Park

Vista Park is a 440-acre mixed-use development project located in Bethlehem, New York. The Campus is approximately 4.5 miles south of the Exit 24 interchange of the NY State Thruway (I-87) and I-90, off of a 4-lane arterial highway (Route 85). For convenience of future tenants, amenities such as restaurants, banks, a grocer and medical offices have been developed at the entrance of the Campus. Future development is open to technology users, research and development, manufacturing plants, medical office spaces and more. Buildings range in size and can be built-to-suit tenants’ needs. Leasing rates will be based on product type and design requirements of tenants.
