The Adams Building

The Adams Building is located on the corner of W. 4th Street and S. Cheyenne Avenue in the heart of the IDL and the Arena District. The building is adjacent to The Mayo Hotel, two blocks away the BOK Center, a top 6 concert venue in the nation that brings in over 750,000 attendants annually, and two blocks away from the Cox Business Center. Almost forty real estate projects are in development, under construction, or have been completed in Downtown Tulsa this year. The City of Tulsa is dedicated to revitalizing the urban core, including the Arena District. In the past year the city has activated a TIF district, committed $55 million to renovate the Cox Convention Center.The Minck-Adams Hotel built was built in 1928 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. The Adams Building is the most photographed structure in Tulsa and is currently undergoing an extensive historic renovation, in which it will be converted to 65 upscale apartment units with a restaurant on the first floor. The site controls a surface lot across the street; additional parking is available on the street and in adjacent parking lots. The space along sidewalk can be converted into a patio or outdoor seating.
