Meeting Street Suites consists of five condominiums: four residential units and one office unit. The four residential units are operated as short-term rentals on VRBO in the short term rental overlay district. The short-term rental use is a grandfathered right. They are located on the third floor of 235 Meeting Street accessible by an elevator or stairs from Hasell Street. The fifth condo is an office unit and is located on the second floor of 81 Hasell Street, also accessible by elevator or stairs.
