Red Rock Developments is developing two ±231,552 SF speculative industrial buildings (divisible to 57,888 SF per tenant) on a ±35.13-acre lot within Sandy Run Industrial Park. The park is located in Lexington and Calhoun Counties, and is a ±760.9-acre, fully entitled industrial park with access to all utilities. Buildings 7A and 7B will be equipped with ESFR fire suppression sprinkler systems, LED lighting, (44) 9’ x 10’ dock-high doors per building, (2) drive-in doors per building and 32' clear heights. Adjacent to I-26, the site is located ±6 miles to I-77, ±12 miles to I-20 and ±50 minutes to I-95 allowing unparalleled access to markets and raw materials. The 12th Street Extension project is underway and will connect the park to Saxe Gotha Industrial Park, providing dual access from Sandy Run to I-77 and I-26.
