Established 74-site KOA campground on 19.29 acres along SD Hwy 79 approximately 5.7 miles from downtown Hot Springs. The property includes 46 RV sites, 15 tent sites and 13 cabins, providing a diversified accommodation mix within the southern Black Hills tourism market.

RV sites include pull-through and back-in configurations with multiple hookup options, including 50-amp and 30-amp service. Deluxe Cabins include private bathrooms and partial kitchens, while the Kottage includes a kitchenette and full bathroom.

Supporting improvements include a 1,755 SF main building with office, camp store, laundry and recreation room; a 2,113 SF manufactured home for on-site owner or manager housing; a 1,200 SF steel utility building; 320 SF barn; and guest bathhouse.
