THE 625 COLLECTIVE

THE 625 COLLECTIVE is located at 625 N Broadway, just before it crosses N Central. This Downtown North District is increasingly vibrant, including the businesses and galleries at Emory Place, Sauna House, Yee-Haw, Axle Logistics, Big Slate Media, multiple breweries and cocktail bars.

MHM has transformed the historic 100-year-old Sanitary Laundry Building into a vibrant, sustainable open office space for their new headquarters and a collection of local creative tenants.

There are two additional tenant spaces in the building. These “cold shells” include exterior walls and windows and interior doors with access control. The landlord will provide architecture and engineering services for the buildout.

Common amenities are completed and include Lobbies (both main floor and ground floor), Community Breakroom (ground floor), fitness center, bathrooms, and mothers' room. The main floor conference room along Broadway is available to reserve in coordination with the other tenants.

The exterior patio is 1,865 sf and managed by The Boiler Building tenant. It is available for light day-use by all tenants.

Four parking spaces are included with each tenant space.
