The site is the southeast corner of Leopard St and U.S. Hwy 77 (aka IH-69E) in Calallen in northwest Corpus Christi. The site is accessible from two driveways on Leopard St. There is easement access for the U.S. Hwy 77 frontage through the neighboring parcel.REAL ESTATE ONLY The building is a concrete block construction with two tenants including a quick-service restaurant (QSR) operating as Burger King and a convenience-store (c-store).
